The Ceramic and Metal Etching Kit can be used where large areas of porcelain have been fractured from crowns and bridges, exposing the metal coping. An optimum bond can be achieved by etching the exposed metal with Met-Etch, then etching the surrounding porcelain with Ceram-Etch. The kit includes etchants for both porcelain and metal. The kit contains all the chemicals needed for the repair, except shaded composite.
