At Gresco Products, we have a 30 day refund policy on all unused products (with no restocking fee). To qualify, the item must be returned to us in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. Please call or e-mail us to get a return authorization number. Once the item is received by us, we will credit your card or issue a refund check. We will also issue a refund or exchange on any item that has been used if the product is defective. On Gresco brand products we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee*. If you are not satisfied with the product, return it to us and we will credit your card or issue a refund check. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. *30 days from the date the merchandise is received.

Ordering and Shipping Policies

We ship most items within 1 business day. Your credit card is not charged until the items ship. Due to the limited quantities available in our warehouse, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer at no extra cost to you. We cannot ship international orders at the present time.

Texas State Sales Tax

Most items used in the manufacture of a dental prosthetic device are tax exempt in the State of Texas. If you are a dentist or dental technician, and tax exempt, please fill out the Tax Exemption form and e-mail or fax it back to us. We will remove the tax even if you have already placed your order online. Also, you can register with us online, and then send in the exemption form. We will setup your account so you will be tax exempt anytime you wish to order from us in the future.
